Great care has been taken in drawing up the contents of the website of SGS Analytics. Nevertheless,
SGS Analytics cannot accept any guarantee for the up-to-dateness, completeness and correctness of
all websites and pages. As a service provider, SGS Analytics is responsible, under general legislation,
for own contents on these websites in accordance with article 7 section 1 of the German telemedia
act. According to articles 8, 9 and 10 of the telemedia act, SGS Analytics is not required to monitor
transmitted or stored information. As soon as SGS Analytics becomes aware of a specific legal
infringement, SGS Analytics will remove the offending contents immediately. Consequently, SGS
Analytics can only accept liability with regard to a specific legal infringement from the time at which
SGS Analytics becomes aware of such an instance.

Analytics are not appropriated by SGS Analytics. SGS Analytics cannot control the content and cannot
therefore accept any guarantee for the foreign contents. The provider of the relevant information on
the linked websites is responsible for the contents and correctness of the information. SGS Analytics
was not aware of any legal infringements at the time when the link was set up. However, if SGS
Analytics should become aware of legal infringements, the link to the relevant third-party website
will be removed without delay.
